Loved my stay, had a really good experience. That was excellent modern and absolutely amazing hotel set in amazing area, close to Vitoria and Vilha Velha, malls, beach and others, and the local shopping centres. Got delicious breakfasts with the omelette and also cheeses.

Its location relatively near Shopping Vitoria was good and stunning. Large and beautifully maintained rooms had climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel TV.

It was fairly clean, staff was well-mannered and excellent. The a double room was modern, silent, with a big bathroom. The hotel had a stunning location next to Papa Square. There were a large shopping center and shopping malls around the property.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were poorly trained.

Think that this comfortable modern hotel is beyond compare, liked it. The rooms are a nice size and well furnished here with bathtub and a view to the waterfront, as for instance. The staff is well-mannered and excellent. Property restaurant is good for dinner.

The restaurant here was great for dinner, we both ordered exquisite dishes. The location was marvellous and stunning, at a short distance from Shopping Vitoria. The management was very, very nice, as well as the stuff.

This hotel was great and absolutely amazing. Loved my room, it was reasonably large and beautifully maintained and with a view to the waterfront and bathtub, as example. The property was placed 0.5 miles away from the airport. In general the service was good. I had a very very good stay.

fairly clean hotel, and the staff were very friendly, location was beautiful on the beach. we spent 1 night in a nice size room with a view to the waterfront. the breakfast was delicious, it had good meals.

The employees were polite and courteous all the time. The location of the hotel was marvellous and stunning - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Pope's Square. Visited few places in the center, at a moderate distance from the property.

Our recent stay in a hotel close to the bustling port was absolutely delightful. We were treated to a spacious room with a breathtaking view of the waterfront. The bathroom was immaculate and came with all the essentials. The staff offered exceptional service and made our stay even more comfortable. The delicious breakfast spread had something for everyone, and the leisure facilities were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed unwinding by the pool after a long day.
The room service could have been more prompt in responding to our needs.
